La coh\u00e9sion du groupe est tr\u00e8s importante, c'est pourquoi des personnes ayant certains points communs ainsi que des objectifs th\u00e9rapeutiques sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es. Les membres du groupe pr\u00e9sentent une certaine homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 en ce qui concerne leurs attentes vis-\u00e0-vis de la th\u00e9rapie de groupe. L'objectif est de cr\u00e9er un cadre th\u00e9rapeutique s\u00e9curis\u00e9 qui permet \u00e0 chaque individu d'aborder ses difficult\u00e9s personnelles.<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e des s\u00e9ances est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 2 heures et elles ont lieu \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en commun accord entre le th\u00e9rapeute et les membres du
